Bowl Fountain Project
Do you have a statement bowl that you want to incorporate into your garden or patio? Add some rocks and running water, and you have a beautiful and unique water feature!
Items Needed
- smartpond® Container Fountain Kit
- Bowl-Shaped Pot
- Rocks
- Planter stand (optional)
1. Prepare
The first step is to gather your supplies. For this project, we used a bowl-shaped pot. We liked the colors, so make sure to pick something that reflects your own style.
Find your location. You will need a spot that is near an outlet or that you can easily run power to.
You will want to assemble your project at this location, so you don't need to move it after water is added.
2. Drill
If your pot has a hole in the bottom, just use that to run your cord through. If not, you can drill on into the base or side.
3. Cord
Run the cord through the hole and use the rubber stopper to secure.
4. Assemble
Assemble the nozzle kit with the nozzle pattern of your choice. Attach to the pump.
Place the pump assembly level in the center of your pot.

5. Rocks
Add rocks to cover the pump.
6. Enjoy!
Add water to the bowl and enjoy!
